Ingredients:
170 grams grated cheese mozzarella
85 grams almond meal or almond flour
2 tbsp. cream cheese full fat
1 egg medium
1 tsp. baking powder
A pinch salt to taste

Instructions:
Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and lining a baking tray with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine and mix the grated cheese, the almond flour, and cream cheese them microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir the mixture thoroughly then nuke again for 30 seconds.
After microwaving the bagel mixture, gradually add the egg, baking powder, and salt and mix well to form the dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions then roll each ball into cylindrical shape. Instructions:
